✨ Dream Big at Kerr Elementary! ✨
Today the Kerr Kats were inspired by the Dream Big Initiative with Lance Thompson. He showed us how to turn dreams into reality:
Step 1: Know your dream
Step 2: Study
Step 3: Do the work and believe!
Lance reminded us that the Wall of Fear and Doubt isn’t real—when fear and doubt try to block your dream, you can kick that wall down. If you turn and run, you quit on yourself.
And when someone says your dream is too big? 💪 Kick that wall down too!
Students will keep the momentum going with:

🗺 Dream Big Road Map
📬 Dream Big Mailbox—for one week students can write a letter to the Dream Big Team sharing their dreams!
